That’s a great story, Mary Sue. It’s obviously such a wonderful memory. And Cyrtanthus sanguineus is such a wonderful species. Mine are still in bloom since the end of July. At the end of the trip we voted for the flower of the trip and it was Cyrtanthus sanguineus. Rod wrote a nice piece in the IBSA bulletin about what a find it was and how excited he had been at the discovery. I added some photos to the wiki at the time, but maybe some day I'll replace them with larger ones.
