I have just received a lot of crocosmia bulbs. When can they be planted? I am in zone 5, and the snow has melted at least for now. Also, and I know these aren't bulbs but might look nice with them, how and when ought I to plant Nemesia seeds? They are native to California, not Massachusetts.
