So those of you who know Emma Elliott and Truls Jensen of Wild Ginger Farm they are threatened by the Riverside fire. They weren’t on official evacuation orders last night but came to my house for the night because they were worried the fire could sneak up on them in the night. Plus they had no power which also means no water since they are on a well. Neither had slept well the night before last either. They went back to the house today to water (power back on) and see how things were going. As I was talking to Emma they got the alert they were now on Level 3 aka GFO now level. So they are heading back. So right now we are a four person, two dog and one cat household. Cat is cowering in a bedroom upstairs. So think good thoughts that their place is Ok when this is all over. My son commented that a 1000 years ago people would have seen the red sun and thought the world was coming to an end.
