deer and bulbs

Arnold and Judy are correct.  Deer avoid most aroids if not all, including calla lily, elephant ear, Pinellia, Arisaema, Sauromatum, etc.
Add Eucomis (pineapple lily) to the list.  I have a terrible deer problem, but they leave the Eucomis alone, along with hyacinth and ornithogalum.  They also ignore foliage and blooms of Hippeastrum (at least the hardy ones I grow outside).
They will totally destroy blooms and buds on daylilies and no amount for deer repellent sprayed directly on the buds will deter them.
