Mr. Corazza,

I doubt we can provide a tracking number, because we use stamps.com, but we can access their tracking software and let you know since we do track the packages to a point. I'm ccing Luminita as there may be some confusion over the names Coropassi and Corazza. Also, we know at this point that packages are moving very slowly in some areas overseas.

In your case if there's some way to use the name Corazza, that would help as the membership is under that. Also if you attempt to reach Luminita by the usual email addresses without response, please go to the website and use her address from there. Another member was successful in doing that after no results the normal way.

Let us know if you have further problems. Luminita can check on your package.

I did receive the order confirmation, but I never received a packet
recently. So, that's not an email problem.  I don't even know if some
packet was lost in the mail and I still have to pay for its content,
however. Never sent or never received? I can understand that sometimes no
item was available, but it's strange that this only happened recently and
always.
Providing the tracking number, at least for the foreign dispatches (or
stating that no packet was sent), would be great, but maybe it would
involve too much extra work.
