Mike, I have one mature Pamianthe yielded  2 offsets years ago, and did not stop the mother plant growth. However the plant has stop flower, so I remove them and hope the plant will flower again. Currently  I have total 12 plants plus 9 seedlings. All grown from seeds. One plant did give me two seed pods last year. I keep all mature plants out door all year round with some shade.

Hey Bob,

I’m treating them mostly same as you less water in the winter, etcI thought
the offsets were roots at first but they seem to be leaves. I noticed them
about 2 weeks ago. So they have added some size.  Mine get a little morning
sun on days the marine layer allows but bright shade the rest of the time.
Yes they are great companions to my orchids also.
