Hey Bob,

I’m treating them mostly same as you less water in the winter, etcI thought
the offsets were roots at first but they seem to be leaves. I noticed them
about 2 weeks ago. So they have added some size.  Mine get a little morning
sun on days the marine layer allows but bright shade the rest of the time.
Yes they are great companions to my orchids also.
