Mail from South Africa

So I can just scan them and email?  That's much better than having to physically mail the labels and wait a month for the vendor to receive them.  Thanks for the great information.

Regarding the fact ApHIS labels are printed 4 to a sheet. I just do one of two things. I cut out the appropriate label and mail or I cut out and scan that label and email, then put a cross on that label that was scanned so I don't reuse, although, having accidentally reused the same label before I realized they were numbered, no one noticed the duplication!
