Hi All, After a day of frustrations on the USDA site, I found four reply emails from APHIS this morning. One helpful person not only took a step to transfer my account to the new Verified system, but provided detailed information to assure my application was successful. A later telephone message to APHIS about timing for receipt of new labels resulted in an immediate return phonecall from the same individual with assurances and more details. I don’t even get this kind of response from the local garbage company when they miss a pick up! So hats off to USDA, at least for their successful handling of my permit renewal this time around.
