Latest requirements (Small Lots of Seed application)

Rimmer says he uses the phrase "various eligible taxa". I too have used that with no problem, and actually that was the result of a phone call to APHIS in Maryland as I couldn't decide what they really wanted. Bearing in mind that MD is on Eastern Time, I'd call APHIS. They've always been very helpful when I've called. And yes, everybody and their dog is trying to go to web-based everything. Me, I'm not always so compliant and have found there are sometimes ways around doing business on the web if you look.

This label notifies APHIS that the contents are being imported under permit. A US organization wishing to receive seeds from other countries can also obtain a Small Lots permit and send a label to each foreign donor for their use. As far as I know, the US-based PBS exchange hasn't yet obtained a permit.
