Russel,

I don't like paying courier fees; and, having to pay for a phyto that 
USDA does not require is not my idea of fun!

The South African post office has lost 2 orders that were mailed and 
delayed 3 others for several months. When a delayed shipment contains 
ephemeral seed, it causes one to consider a courier. My problem was NOT 
with USPS; rather, it was with ZAPS.
