Pop Up Crinum bulbispermum SX

OK, you have me confused.  Obviously these are not Crinum bulbispermum
seeds, but are they bulbispermum x the pictured macowanii or are the
pictures of the flowering cross, and if so, what is the other parent of the
seed.
