UPS is good and extremely reliable but not inexpensive so I use USPS and any problems I've had have been with APHIS. And that cost is included in the seed order without having to pay extra. The last few months even UPS Ground, etc. has been faster than they quote. No arguments from me there as I ship UPS 3 Day Select, and packages sent on Monday arrive in Michigan on Wednesday. Not always but often enough of late. Even USPS is tracking most mail now except as I understand, not overseas... Seattle APHIS has been a pain lately and will likely change when I renew this year. My thanks to the information on changes to ordering import seed permits. I would have gone on obliviously and then been frustrated when I tried to renew...
