I, too have gotten excellent service from APHIS at ATL. Note that I'm only about 200 miles from there so UPS Ground was fine for the last leg. If you are further away, you might consider 2nd Day Air. Ideally you can get the vendor to give you the approx shipping weight and then go online and make up a prepaid UPS label from ATL to you, and specify whichever level of service you think necessary. Email the UPS label to the vendor so they can include it with the shipment. Then APHIS just boxes everything back up, slaps on the label, and it's done.
