Using the New York location would not be advisable.

My first order took 12 weeks to arrive. It was sent stamped mail by the
European vendor, and sent registered mail by APHIS NY.

The second order has never arrived, ordered in January. I called using the
same info as previous order that they were able to locate, and talking to a
different person, they need different info. So, sounds like they lost it.

I switched to Georgia. Works great. I received my order in less than 4
weeks.
