fall sowing "cool temperatures"

Heh, functionally cool, I probably could sow seeds year round here. It may
be the trigger for breaking seed dormancy is actually "not hot" + moist.
Complete failure on Indian Summer in SF, so all the winter seed is due to
be sowed...add the possibility of rain within the fortnight...

I put all the pots of dormant winter bulbs out for the first rain last
month.

in SF with lots of tree rain...Nerine filifolia is dropping seed which is
sprouting, so it must be fall.
