My brother has a host of crinums in his yard and there are recalcitrant seeds all over the place. They look like big white stones. It would be very easy for someone to mistake them for rocks. All it would take is one neighbor with a plant and one crow gathering a”toy” and dropping it into your yard. I’m saying this because you are looking for a route for the crinum to have gotten there. I think you said you are from SB. That’s where he started his crinum patch. Then moved to Los Olivos where he started the patch that is now all over his back yard.
