Thanks Lee, That certainly is a lot of work and expense - I assume inspection places aren’t as common as post offices, and the Aussie dollar is worth bugger-all which makes $50US quite a lot - and that’s before postage (which, on eBay or Etsy usually far exceeds the value of the item). They’re a single charge for the inspection and certificate. Which is about US$50.00. For me the closest inspection station is about a 20 minute drive from my house when there is no traffic.
