I used to send seeds to Australia before the phyto requirement, and even then it was difficult to figure out all the forms and attestations I needed to put in the envelope. I haven't ever gotten a phyto from the county officials here, but from what I've read online the process is fairly involved for me. I still work full time, so it's hard to make the time for every request. However, if there are several people in Australia who want some seeds, I'd be glad to try to do it one time to someone who could seeds on to others. I'd be willing to do the same thing to contribute to the Euro seed exchange, by the way.
