Just had it a month ago. Don’t get out of bed without shoes on, ice it, stretch it, and lots of Tylenol. Took me a couple of days of bed rest just to be able to walk, and about two weeks total to recover. But the garden did get away from me and I’m still playing catch up. Hope your recovery goes well. Some of the cases I read about other people it took them months to recover. For anyone not familiar with plantar fasciitis, it feels like someone is stabbing the sole of your foot with a sharp knife every time you put weight on it.
