Hi Please clarify "winter growing" Gladiolus. I have been to RSA in winter and know it's a different world down there but where does this term fit into the northern hemisphere in N. I've often thought I ought to try crossing the summer and winter growing Glads. There were reports that Prof. Koopowitz had a lot of success doing that at UC Irvine, but I never heard details.
