Pseudoprospero is a new genus in the proposed split of Scilla with only one species, Pseudoprospero firmifolium. It is a member of the Hyacinthaceae family. This species is instantly recognisable in frequently having a side branch on the flower scape and is summer-growing. For more information about the proposed Scilla changes consult
