Piperia yadonii

Piperia yadonii R. Morgan & Ackerman (syn. Platanthera yadonii (Rand.Morgan & Ackerman) R.M.Bateman) is known as Yadon's rein orchid. It is an endangered orchid endemic to a narrow range of coastal habitat in northern Monterey County, California. It grows from 10 to about 80 cm and has honey-like daytime fragrant white and green flowers. See the Wikipedia page for more information.
